Two steps forward and one step up
A good chemistry between coachee and coach is essential for good cooperation and sustainable results. That is why our cooperation starts with an introductory talk, the so-called Chemistry Check. The core team of the Change Alliance consists of three very different characters. Your advantage: You alone decide which of the three of us fits you best.
We then jointly define the goals and scope of the coaching and, if desired, involve your manager and human resources. As a rule, a coaching process comprises five to eight sessions, each lasting between one and a half to two hours. The coaching process ends with a final review in which we look together at what has been achieved.
